Departure Day

So it is finally here. My time has come for me to say good bye to PEI for the summer. I will be working at a camp in Maine, working as a camp trip leader. The weeks leading up could be described as both frantic and hectic with finishing off school, working my last shifts at my part time job and scrounging around buying the last necessary camp gear I didn't already own.
I have said my last good-bye's to friends, packed my final belongings and will be rolling on down the highway shortly to see what adventures await me!

After a 3 day training exercise in Maine I successfully written a test to become a certified Maine Camp Trip Leader. Pictured is the badge proving that I am indeed qualified as a trip leader for the state of Maine.
